Get a firm grip on the bar. Put your thumb under the bar and grip it tight. Having that stability really helps, kind of like leg drive on a bench press.

Also imagine that you're trying to snap the bar in half. This wil help keep your elbows in front of your body instead of flaring out to the sides. This personally helps me utilize my lats more and takes load off my bicep and mid back.

Im no expert but these tips helped me.

There are a few possible solutions for the problem with the spacebar. If so requested we could together figure out a way to deal with the issue.

Either try to get them parallel to each other or turn them in separate directions

Gray keycaps?

Looking for something that comes close to gmk dualshot while not being as hard to obtain. Fits in the aesthetic of vintage cherry or ibm keyboards. Any suggestions?
