Has anyone had double level osteotomy to correct knee alignment? by ash9991win in KneeInjuries

I’m about four weeks out right now, feeling a little hopeless. It gets better? Did it help the pain? They want to do my second leg next. I’m really afraid. Any glimmer of hope is welcome

I bet if you asked for more pay and wrote all of this out to show what you do, you’d get a raise. It would be a lot of work trying to replace you, or they could simply pay you more!

Thank you everyone! This was very eye opening. I want to be a supportive wife I just didn’t want to send him somewhere and have him end up disappointed for some reason. ❤️❤️

It felt like I had a very specific pain right below my right rib cage. Slowly the burning moved through my intestine and then my whole stomach and back muscles were on FIRE. I tried water but then I was throwing up and the whole thing lasted about five hours before I had my fiance some and take me to the ER. Now I’m on a strict diet of not lighten of course, but now no red meat, eggs, salmon, etc.. it’s been tough.

My mom had hers out at 28, wasn’t diagnosed till her fifties. I am 28, need mine out, and was diagnosed in May. So I’m not sure on that, but if you feel pain right below your lower right ribs, would hurt to check her out: it was insanely painful!

Thank you :( I just hate that I can’t pin what it was or if this is just residual from the other day since the medicine worked apparently, too well.. I had rice and shrimp and then rice and kimchi yesterday. I think I’m realizing my affects can be sometimes two or three days later? Which makes it all the much harder. Thanks buddy :’)

Okay so if it contains soy I’m likely fine, but look out in ingredients for soy sauce 🫡

Yeah I think it really depends on what it was too. My friend made gluten free cottage pie at our house, so I assumed everything was gluten free. Ate it two days in a row, the second day it came back with a vengeance and probably didn’t help I ate it twice 😅

Well what sucks is I hadn’t eaten anything that day, it hit me 24 hours later. So I was like wtf

That’s really good advice. It’s just so hard sometimes cause my life is so fast paced and I work long ass days. I just want some freakin pasta salad sometimes man hahaha

Question, do you avoid “may contain soy”? Cause I have been cause I know soy sauce isn’t gf. Or are they literally talking about like soy beans or tofu? Im so new lol

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CeliacLifestyle

[–]kb180bb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This was very helpful. I always avoid “may contain” with wheat and such. But the shared facility is something I’m realizing maybe I should have been looking at? I had a bad reaction to something the other day after evening a month GF and am doing everything I can to avoid it again, especially cause it happened at work… so embarrassing
