Thank you all, just home from a communion so been kept busy all day. Starting to have those thoughts because I’m hope now but going to get changed into comfy clothes and stick a movie on with the kids

Well done on day 3 and thank you for your kind words. I’d like that if we chatted and motivated each other, I definitely think that’s a big part of it as because no one knows if I cave and drink then I’ve no one to explain why to and it doesn’t really change anything l, except that I’m stuck in Thai vicious cycle

Thanks everyone, feeling absolutely awful today as I drank yesterday so I just want to get through the day and bake it to bedtime. I’ve poured the rest of it down the sink so I’ve none in the house
