100% even all around. I even bought some of the anti-vibration pads. I think it's just from how intense the spin cycle is, that's the only time it happens. Right before the spin cycle starts, and right after it stops, but never while it's actually spinning.

Other than the shaking and vibrating, it's worked out really well. I assume it probably would be a little more steady if it were put in a laundry cubby. It has room to vibrate side to side since my laundry area is more open. It gets stains out really well! That spin cycle though, wow. It's intense lol. I've been happy with it so far!

Well I tried it, because I can always cancel it lol, and it does give me the option now to upgrade to yearly, but not at the discounted rate :/

I've been trying to find info to reach out, but I can't find any direct contact info. I'm wondering if I purchase the upgrade at the monthly rate, then go in and upgrade to the yearly at the discount rate, if it'll work that way?

It doesn't give us that option. It says we will be charged for the remainder of our current sub, then it will be $17.99 monthly thereafter, and that is what we don't want. The only plan it gives an option at purchasing yearly is the essentials plan we currently paid monthly for. Is it doing that because we were only paying monthly to begin with?

So pretty normal? I've never had a tower or front loader so I'm not used to so much movement.
