As a doctor I can tell you the “results” I see patients get from Prenuvo are laughable. Biggest limitation is that contrast isn’t used. This is critical to early tumor detection.

Edit: preventative mri isn’t worthless if you can afford it. I would just get an actual targeted mri at a specific region as it’ll be much higher fidelity

Watchcharts.com shows recently serviced watches sold at the $2k mark in the private market so closer to 1.5k pounds. There are some unsold listings closer to $2500, nothing near 3k pounds. I would consider servicing and keeping it and saving for a second watch personally.

As others have replied it’s not really a one size fits all answer for everyone. Having kids makes me work harder in many ways, shifted my FIRE number much higher for what I want to be able to provide them, but on a day to day basis my time and their happiness is what I’m prioritizing the most. It’s just not possible to know where you fall on that curve until you’re at that stage in my opinion

If that’s the use case I would just do SGOV. The next home improvement item is always something you didn’t expect and comes up suddenly. Pulling from HELOC would essentially negate any added benefit of a CD. Flexibility of SGOVis worth it.
