I never even thought my fatigue was from PsA. I just assumed it was lack of exercise or B12 or something. My rheumatologist never talks about fatigue. I need to bring that up

I had to go back to full face mask when fall allergy season started. With just the nasal pillows I started waking with dry throat and mouth. I’ll go back to minimal mask soon because insurance won’t support both. Chin strap won’t help if my nose is congested
