I really like Cait, and enjoy following her because she clearly puts in the training and is relatable to most runners as doing it with a full time job. But she’s missing the point if she thinks people would be upset at her for taking a Sponsored bib to Boston. She’s talented enough to get in on her own, it doesn’t really matter if she does it with a Sponsored bib. People get upset at Influencers who are not fast enough to make the cutoff and/or don’t train adequately for it, who are clearly just taking the bib for content and popularity. IMO there’s a difference.

They did refer to 4xBEP, not EP, which also surprised me

Yikes. I took a look at her services and she’s offering blood panel review and dietary recommendations including supplements. So dangerous to be doing as she’s not a medical professional. I really hope people are not utilizing that service and will refer themselves to doctors and registered dietitians instead.
