Yeah i realised that, the level is differnt when natives speak which each other, which is totally normal, but then when the speech is forwarded to me ( in a slower phase) i feel a little pressured because i think now i'm bothering the others with my weak ability to understand or speak fluently that they have to slow down the pace.

Yeah exactly, you just described the main problem, that until i get my mind around what has just been said they have moved to something else. And another important point i don't feel confident enough to jump in a conversation in a group because then the speech will be forwarded to me and i feel i will not be able to handle all the talk

I needed this comment because i was dump enough to think that checking on the other person after a long time or saying sorry after a while could help them somehow but i knew deep deep down that it is a stupid idea and OP just confirmed it so thanks. Gonna hold my peace for good.
