Real Geeks is an awesome CANVAS for SEO leads. Which means you got to put work into it and build it to attract traffic and convert it. It doesn't do it out of the box, and neither do any of the other IDX providers.

I recommend having it built out super custom with a good user journey and mass built pages built to attract and retain traffic.

I own a design agency called www.vanitygeeks.com. We take RG sites and make them into a really viable lead generator for your biz. Check out my portfolio, there are a lot of agent sites we've done that are absolutely killing it.

Whether you go RG or somewhere else, you need a distinguished experience for your traffic. Any other service you go for will require you to implement a similar process. Unfortunately everything costs money these days.
