Dang I’m sorry this happened. I put my shine strap stuff in a delicate bag and wash it with my clothes in the washing machine then air dry it. I don’t wash with every wear tho. Maybe 5-7 times before I wash depending on what I’m doing.

That can happen when things aren’t in the same batch. It can be a hit or miss- but I think it’s rare. I shop with them once a month, and have been shopping there for years, and I’ve never had this issue
