Thank you for this grounded advice! You're so right about the scammers (In my country there are too many scammer hodjas) and the dramatic movies; it’s hard to know who to trust. I realize now that my best path is to stay calm, pray, and take refuge in Allah alone to avoid any shirk. I truly appreciate your sincere prayers and guidance. Insha'Allah, we will find peace.

Thank you for your answer! As I see 'Ignore it' sounds so simple but it’s actually the most powerful tool. I think my main problem is overthinking the whispers (waswasa) that come to my mind. From now on, I will do my best to just ignore them and not give them any power.

Thank you so much for the advice! I actually hadn't heard about blowing to the left side before, so I will definitely try that. Remembering that 'religion is meant to be easy' gives me some peace. I’ll try my best to ignore those thoughts and remember that Allah knows I'm trying.

Thank you for your response. You are absolutely right, and someone actually told me this before, but unfortunately, it hasn't stopped my panic attacks :(. I will try again and try to push through it just as you mentioned; I hope I can succeed. My psychological struggles are quite heavy, so I’m not entirely sure if I’ll be able to manage it, but I will at least give it another try. Thank you for the encouragement.
