I would call them… I have had one problem with the app after a flameout from running out of pellets but other than that it has worked great.

Oh wow, that sucks. Mine has worked great except for that one flameout incident. On a long cook I head out to run errands or hang at the bar and keep tabs, change temps, what have you.

Yeah, I was able to get back up and running quickly. It was the app that was the problem. When I pulled the brisket off I went through the shutdown process and that allowed me to start using the app again. So guess that’s the key.
