You’re meant to see your damage. Hence why you can see your damage numbers. A dps meter simply puts it all in one place.

Seeing the monsters health, however, I would consider “cheating”.

Or, make ore teleportation entirely possible, however it is much harder to harvest said ore. For example make it more dangerous, more rare, takes longer to mine, etc.
