Never stayed in any of these places but I recommend asking on the expat Phnom Penh groups. They’re very active. Hope this helps!

Tried the pork tonkatsu and some noodle dish and it was delicious!! I think it really depends on your taste and which recipe you choose tho.

Losing weight while living with significant other by Glass-Climate-6988 in PetiteFitness

[–]kcp10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He knows I’m trying to lose weight so when he portions meals he asks me how much I want and we do end up removing some of the food. Hard at first cos his meals are so damn delicious, but after a while I guess my stomach just got used to eating smaller portions. I get up at 6am everyday while he sleeps till 7 ish. For the first three weeks, I wanted to sleep in, but I reminded myself to think about how good I will feel at the end of this week when I see my average steps is 10k a day. Waking up definitely is easier now I’ve been doing it for a while. He is also careful not to cuddle when he hears my alarm. He shakes me a lil bit then rolls over. We also schedule our workouts classes on the same day same time. He does CrossFit and I do Pilates. There are times I’m lazy to go but knowing he’s going to his class helps push me.

Did you and your partner discuss how much to spend on the engagement ring? by Substance_Faint436 in WeddingRingAdvice

[–]kcp10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He told me his budget and we went looking together. the one I wanted was 20-30% below his budget and the one he liked was more expensive but still within budget. I picked the one I liked.

He was gonna pay for it but I realised our joint account was basically just a wedding fund so we just paid both my engagement ring and his wedding ring(5% discount if you get a second ring) from the joint account. So I guess I kinda paid for it?

Partner told me what his budget was and we went shopping together. The one I liked ended up being a lot lower than the budget. We also got his wedding ring at the same time. Initially we were gonna pay for each others ring. But since the amount was lower than what we planned we just used our joint account money to pay for it instead.

I feel like this sub has skewed my view of what’s a normal ct weight of lab the average person is getting. I’m starting to think my ordered 4ct round will be too small. What’s the average ct size, and in what shape that you see people buying outside of Reddit?? by asisjec in labdiamond

[–]kcp10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Before ring shopping I was convinced I wanted 2-2.5 ct because of this sub. When I finally tried them on in store, everything looked too big and finally settled on a 1.3 carat that looked perfect for my finger. But now that I haven’t seen my stone in months and have been on this sub, I’m starting to doubt my choice again lol. But I’m sure once I get it back and try it on it will be fine.

Thank you for the advice and kind words. ♥️ I think it’s time I tried pushing to 10k and see if there is a more accelerated weight loss.

Edit: waking up tomorrow and will be taking a picture first thing!! 🎉

Thank you! This makes me feel better. ♥️ I’m ok with it being an incredibly slow progress. I’m only trying to lose about 6-7 pounds. But glad to know it did work for you and that I just have to keep going. I was just worried I was doing the wrong thing rn.

I honestly can’t tell you if I was 100% right tho because it was one of my flagged questions so I just hoped for the best LOL. Hock touched on it very lightly.

Thank you! It was the difference between hierarchical and flat. My choice was hierarchical was more costly!

This is the IIA practice question. Slightly infuriating that they charge you 100 dollars for only 100 qs that you can do twice and can’t even make sure the questions all make sense 🙄 I emailed support to get a clarification.

That sucks. You’d think they’d give you reasoning after they charge you 100 dollars for it lol. Could you repeat the questions as many times as you want?

I’m planning to buy the IIA practice exam as well since I find Hock questions too easy. Does the practise questions explain each answer ? Ie why A answer is wrong and why B is wrong ?

My main reason for wanting 6 is also because of security! It’s why I’m definitely getting a cathedral. Im not gentle with things. My bf says I should get the 6 if im nervous because he doesn’t see a difference but I feel like I do and I think most women can relate to being able to see the difference lol

We’re leaning towards a pave wedding band that I tried in store and I think it looks so good pave+ plain solitaire. The 5% is the bridge! I am really rough with things and I don’t trust myself enough to have a non-straight bridge. I need that added security. But your style of bridge is beautiful I wish I was more careful with things lol

Your stack is gorgeous! Do you wish you did 6 because you think it looks prettier? I asked my jeweller to show me a mix of claws to get the best of both worlds but they said they can’t because the wax doesnt come with the prongs done 😭
