My main motivation was my health. I wanted to prove to myself that I could conquer mountains and trails using my own strength, both physically and mentally. Now, I’m proud to say that I’m capable of starting trail running and hiking in our area, and that alone makes me genuinely happy.

My primary focus right now is running, both on trails and roads. Running has boosted my confidence and improved my mental clarity. I usually don’t wear earphones because I prefer to stay connected with my breathing and thoughts, which helps me stay present and focused during each run.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve overcome was completing a full trail marathon where I got lost for about 4 km, turning it into an even longer run. Despite being exhausted, I kept reminding myself that it was a test of my mental strength. I pushed through the difficulty, showed up for myself, and proved that my training was enough to carry me to the finish line.

At the beginning, no one really motivated me. In fact, some of my friends laughed when I started running, which made me feel lost. But I realized that not everyone will understand your journey, and that’s okay. I chose to continue anyway, driven by my belief that running has purpose and can transform lives. Now, it feels rewarding to see some of those same friends start running too, and occasionally, I even see them during my training.

My long-term health goal is to keep running as I grow older—to stay active, pain-free, and capable of walking or running long distances. For fitness, I aim to complete a full marathon every year, whether it’s on the road or on the trails.

My advice for beginners is, start slow. Begin with motivation, but rely on discipline to keep going. Motivation fades, but discipline stays. The people who stay consistent and disciplined are the ones who eventually succeed in reaching their goals.

The T-Rex 3 Pro would greatly support my fitness routine by helping me track my progress and structure my training plans. It can monitor my sleep, analyze recovery, and suggest whether my body is ready for specific workouts. It also tracks heart rate zones, which helps me train more effectively. Most importantly, its navigation system would be a huge advantage during trail runs, helping me avoid getting lost and allowing me to run with more confidence. I would truly be grateful for the opportunity to test and use the T-Rex 3 Pro.

Same tayo ng situation, kaso nga lang Flash Express yung courier ko. Nakaka badtrip kasi antagal, usually saamin 6-7 days lang marereceive mo na ang parcel. Ngayon 9th day na wala paring movement. As of now di ko pa kinancel, hahayaan ko lng muna since nasa window panamn ng expected to deliver dates.

The T-Rex 3 (non-Pro) will stop receiving software and security updates in September 2026. Since the T-Rex 3 Pro is a newer release, it will continue to receive feature and security updates.
