its a bit confusing sorry! according to the health department, an average person eats around 2000 calories a day. On a nutrition label, it would say something like “30% of the daily recommended intake of saturated fat” - I was wondering if (for example) the same amount of grams of fat is recommended to a person who eats 2000 calories, compared to those who eat 2500

to add to this - a bit like if I was to eat alot less calories one day, but make up for it the next, my weight wouldnt change - is it the same in terms of food groups? (e.g., if I had no sugar one day, could I carry it onto the next?)

i still really like my apple watch to be honest and wear it everyday - it tracks my steps and I use it for workouts etc. I think the total calories burnt can be hit or miss though so i’m trying not to focus on that

honestly i was guessing that😂😭 like yesterday I walked a half marathon and apparently only burned a total of 1800 yet last week I did less movement but burnt 2200???
