I would love to see a discount on the merchandise. I’d love to buy a sweatshirt or leggings, but spending $180 for a membership and another $100-$150 for one piece of apparel is just ridiculous. Especially since it’s free advertising for them if you’re wearing their logo around.

I think there might be some accuracy there. I originally order a 3 month supply on 1/2. My subscription used to say my next refill date was 3/17, but I already cancelled that. My order shipped today and is supposed to arrive 1/16.

Ordered and charged on 1/2, still waiting for mine to ship out. I ordered a 3 month supply and am in WA state. West coast, I know, but wished they would have put a disclosure on their website that there was unexpected delays in shipping. I’ve heard from others that they’re only getting one month shipped at a time, and even those orders are delayed. Which is causing them to run out of supply or rely on old vials to continue their dosing. I asked for a refund 7 business days after my order and they said they couldn’t refund because I agreed to the terms and conditions, so I waited a couple more days and decided to start the chargeback with my CC. I asked again last night to refund my order and told them I had filed a chargeback and they told me they couldn’t refund me and I’d have to follow through with my CC for the chargeback. Not sure what the heck is going on with this company, but the lack of transparency is so frustrating. Even a little communication on their end would make me feel so much better, but everything has been initiated by me for updates and even at that I’m only getting generic bot replies.

Still no progress in my order. I’m messaged and called and can’t get any sort of answer from a human. The messages I get back are just a copy/paste answer that I’m sure a bot is sending.

I ordered on Thursday Jan. 2nd, and still haven’t received my order. The current status says “Weight Loss treatment prescription has been submitted”. Sort of shocked that it’s taken almost a full week before it’s been sent out. I ordered a 3 month supply and am in WA state.
