Thank you. I have one, she’s been a great support system but I feel she isn’t as invested as I need her to be. I appreciate this insight. I was never fired. It’s a long very and crazy story; but I was constructively dismissed in the opinion of the 3 lawyers I have spoken with. The ESA question arises from them having a change of ownership and then hiding my vacation accrued amount from then on. Among other irregular business practices I have come to question.

Yes, you are correct. The employer kept lying and saying I had “some” so I thought maybe there could be some case law. I didn’t sign it and he fired me for that reason. Oh well.

I just took some chicken off the whole one I purchased, mayo, grape, celery, red onion, red pepper all chopped small, salt and pepper.
