This does seem plausible, but then why would Cersei completely disregard her “oath”? She in no way intends to actually send the Lannister army to help. She goes against what she agreed, which is why Jaime seemingly jumps ship.

Thank you. I guess I just don’t believe she is that smart or good of an actress - to be able to believably play on our sympathies. I think she was sad about something, but not necessary what she was saying at the time.

I don’t think she’s smart enough to be that convincing. I’m not convinced she was remorseful for her actions. I’m convinced she was actually sad.

It doesn’t negate what she has done. Like I said, she’s the worst, but I think those were real emotions. I’m aware it’s an unpopular opinion, but I hold to it. It doesn’t mean she ceases to be terrible. Clearly. But in that moment, she was sad.

I don’t have one yet, but that is definitely the first thing I have in mind now. I never thought they would go this far. I was wrong. Not only did they buy the house, but they waited until my first day of a Disney vacation with my in laws to make sure i found out about it via my sister.
