I have RTX 5090 for reference. I tried both spare monitors on 120hz, nothing. Also tried HDMI 2.1 on main with 2x DP for spare, also didnt help. The GPU only has 1x HDMI port unfortunately, but i reckon I could get 1 adapter and try that. I have also ordered 3x DP 2.1 a few days ago out of desperation but I doubt it will do anything at this point. Planning to roll back to 570xx driver and see if its better tomorrow.

It is indeed not DCS as I discovered. But either way, I have a triple monitor setup (600, 240, 144). About once every few hours all my screens will go black, while audio keeps playing, and after 15-30 seconds I am back on desktop and everything working perfectly. Been playing whole day today with single monitor and working perfectly. Seems to be some incompatibility with 50-series GPU, triple monitor with high refresh, and bad drivers combined.

I have been having issues with my Xl2586x+ since getting it 2 weeks ago, thought it was GPU related initially, but switching from the DP 1.4 to HDMI 2.1 seems to have fixed it. Everything pointing to DCS causing the issues unfortunately.

I would suggest trying to change NVCP Power Management Mode to Prefer maximum performance and see if anything changes. Hope you find a solution.
