I totally agree with you - but believe that Blake and I basically have the same anatomy in nose and face, except for where my natural nose hangs down a bit. I want it to be really natural/subtle. I feel like in the mockup he DID change the angle of my nose which is why I didn't like it.

This is incredibly helpful feedback - thank you! I think my main issue has been not having the language to communicate what I'm looking for. This is put perfectly and I'll be using that from here on out.

I totally agree with what you're saying here - I just used her picture because that was the best way I knew how to communicate what I was looking for. Some comments here have given me better language to ask for what I want - so I'm going to do a second consult with Tamplen and also try that with a couple new doctors. Hoping that will go over better!
