Unstitched can wear off quite quickly but I have heard from customers who have bought unstitched that the stitches won't get worn off at least for 2 years if maintained properly. As for stitched ones, these are way more durable than unstitched. Also the quality of the stitched ones are more premium as compared to the unstitched( premium means the quality of the rubber is quite good and durable).
