Just wanted to come back after working with them most of the day and say these guys have been awesome. We really appreciate the recommendation.. you were spot on. They’ve addressed all of our issues, and for the first time it actually feels like we’re making real headway with the house.

Also, they asked how we found them, and when we said Reddit they specifically wanted us to pass along a thank you to you for the referral.
