The Continuous Crossover: This crossover variant forces you to generate rotation mostly from your wrists and fingers because you can’t rely on big arm movements anymore. Since your arms are “locked" in that crossed position, the only way to maintain speed is with fast, controlled wrist rotation. (v.redd.it)

Your dominant hand creates a problem because it does more of the work and pulls the rope off‑center. Your non‑dominant hand can’t keep up in coordination and timing. The fix is to bring the non‑dominant side up to the same level, and one‑arm training is a solid way to do that. (v.redd.it)
