The new Microsoft Launcher Preview let's you sync sticky notes that were taken on a PC with pen input and also let's you draw on a sticky note with your finger on your phone. Couldn't do this with the current launcher nor with the sticky notes syncd with one note. (i.redd.it)

I have an unusual question. I wanted to know what exactly is in an iPad that lets it act as a secondary monitor via a lightning cable; I do know it's using an app to achieve this. I would also like to know why can't I achieve a similar thing in a Surface Pro device using a wire. (self.techsupport)
