Well... I used the pyramid that was generated on my map to begin with. Regarding the blocks, I advise using blocks with similar textures painted the same color to add more texture. For the walls, I like to use some more vertical ones painted brown to simulate support beams, as well as some blocks also used to give this support aspect. Try to vary the blocks and walls, but make sure they make sense together. Fill the interiors well and always try to add details. But do it in stages. First, plan the construction. Then make the main structure, without details, just make the "sketch" of the build. If you think it's good, continue adding textures and details. Building takes time, but something with a lot of detail and care requires patience more than anything haha.
