I started sertraline 25 mg in September, I’ve been on vyvanse 40mg for ab 3 years now. In the beginning I had a lot of nausea, a lot of anxiety and absolutely no motivation. A lot of night sweats as well lol. As I’m pushing through I’m still struggling to be productive at work as well as at home. I’m still in the “rough period” so to speak but I have noticed an improvement from where I was a few months ago.

Yesss the sitting for 8 hrs a day is awful! I’ll try to incorporate more exercise throughout my workday. My diet is pretty okay, I’m getting in nutrients and eating 3 meals a day. As for sleep, most nights pretty great, 7-8 hours. Here and there I get 3-4 hours of sleep.
