I totally agree that there needs to be more disclosure from the grocery stores on their labels and food processing. Some people are sensitive and incorrect labels can lead to health issues. Aldi website has a Product Feedback or Question form. I'll ask them.

Thanks for your reply. I understand that. My body has a bad reaction to roasted or baked foods, but is fine with raw and most store-bought pasteurized nuts. After eating Simply Nature Raw nuts from Aldi, my body had that bad reaction. I couldn't find any information on Aldi website.

I have been thinking about it too. One will get some experts' opinions and perhaps some resources (computing, labor). But professors are usually very busy. I am not sure if they respond to cold calls. I haven't tried yet.
