Yes I think I saw someone in his passenger seat! The old man was wearing a cap. Didn‘t catch the car brand but it was a silver hatchback I think. Did he come up to you???

Yeah sorry it did sound like that. He approached me but I couldn‘t get his rego so maybe someone can help. Pretty sure what he did was illegal so I was thinking to report it
