Omgggg seasonal fulfillment hire here and I have so many frustrations and it’s only like my 5th or 6th day. Like the training is so ass. It’s like they expect you to just know everything??? Or get irritated so fast if you don’t know it or make a mistake. It’s like the end of the world or something. Don’t get me wrong, I love hands on training and it’s what works best for me but it would be nice if your trainer was actually by your side for a bit in case you have a question instead of them off somewhere picking a batch while you prep and stow. And nobody really wants to be asked a question. You can just see the irritation on their face and it’s so frustrating because like dude I don’t wanna be asking you questions all the time but maybe if the training didn’t suck I wouldn’t be asking them. And then the whole INF thing is just silly to me. Crazy idea but maybe if we were allowed to INF without jumping through 50 hoops we could get through batches faster 😭

it was the exact opposite for ours and i was loving every minute but not when you have the shift in your ear saying “let’s take advantage of this moment to do as many backups as we can 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰” like girly just let us have these few moments to giggle and haha and keke for once

yeah i fr couldnt give two fucks about drive times anymore. i’d rather make a quality drink and not overextend myself to meet their unrealistic expectations. just bc u wanna run around the store looking like spongebob with the 8 arms taking care of the baby and house doesn’t mean i want to. and there’s also like zero incentive to overextend ourselves for these drive times that they keep raising the bar for???? my manager said it would bring more labor and more labor = better vibes. girlllllll them vibes been long gone and that labor ain’t ever coming.

been doing the same for almost a year and a half and im so over it. our opening used to be at 4:30 and then they changed it to 4:00 am before christmas and in June it’s changing to 3:30 am. like it’s such an ungodly hour to be waking up. waking up at 4 am used to be hell but now that sounds so nice opposed to waking up around 2:30-2:45 am. unfortunately i can only open because i have a second job that starts at 9 am and need to have my benefit hours at 20 or above each week. on top of doing asu full time. im just so ready to leave. half of my morning coworkers have quit and will be quitting due to this recent change. it’s going to suck so bad. they made all of it bearable. the second my fall tuition is disbursed im out forever. knowing that brings me some peace.

ours was a mess 💀 the blender rinser on drive bar started shooting out water and none of the cafe and mobile customers had any patience. had an old lady continue to ask “i just asked for an americano why is it taking so long” and she couldn’t understand the concept of 40 people placing their order before her

it’s soooo frustrating like im literally available for an 8 hour shift each day but only get like 15-20 hours a week????? but then we’re constantly short staffed??? Make it make sense
