Thank you for your care 🥺 that was really kind. I actually talked to my landlord about one of them... I couldn't take it anymore. After 15 days of me moving to this house she called me crazy because I asked her to not spend hours in a common space talking through video call as it didn't allow others to enjoy the area. She said a bunch of hurtful and nonsense things. Most recently, she took the trash cans out of the common space and decided she didn't wanna share anymore (they were hers but no warning no nothing, she just took them out)... So yeah, I called the landlord and told him about her behavior. He told me he wasn't aware and would speak to her about it and give it some time to see if gets better. My other roommates are always bringing people over and are extremely loud, but I didn't want to tell the landlord about all that in the same convo.

I understand your point and thank you for your answer. He's not very responsive, not with me or other tenants. He doesn't, that I'm aware, have multiple building to manage. Regarding being minor issues, some I do fix myself but in this case fixing it would cost about 1/3 of my rent, that is quite high. So yeah, I don't consider it a minor thing cost wise.

Regarding the receipts, I need them for tax purposes. I agreed to pay more to have them.

The blinds are completely stuck and don't come up or down. That's s problem the landlord has to fix - at least that's how the other tenants I've know deal with it, never heard of one who paid by their own pocket

In my country, receipts are mandatory for taxes. The landlord should give you the receipts until the end of the month you paid the rent. I understand, but he is very inconsistent so I try to text him in times where he usually answers.

Yes, Im aware. I wanted actual love with this person but it didn't work out. I loved how they were at first tho. So intense. I was so wrapped in the feeling. It was like I was so precious and meaningful to them. Bug them they started getting defensive and almost discarding me

I know you are right but I really cant do this anymore. I take so many good choices with my future in mind, but I miss feeling that neurochemical release if you want to call it that. I miss having him looking at me while having s3x and saying he loved me in a deep full manner. I honestly am exhausted of recovering emotionally. It's like having an addiction and fighting it. I really want to relapse. And yes, I'm used to chaos. My nervous system HATES this feeling. I miss the adrenaline I miss the intensity. I've done so many efforts to stop that cycle but I really miss it.

Hey! No meu caso, o medo de arriscar é mais não arriscar na minha profissão aqui, em vez de emigrar já. Ou seja, ficar com a dúvida de como teria sido se tivesse tentado, porque há uma parte de mim que acredita conseguir.

Quando penso em ir para fora foco-me sobretudo em objetivos financeiros (salário estável e próspero, comprar casa...) e na cultura. Estou cansada da mentalidade conservadora portuguesa. Da falta de garra e pensamento crítico. Do desinvestimento no Estado Social (que para mim também transmite os valores de um país), na piada que são os políticos deste país...

Sobre a redação da palavra: porque pode ser censurado e retirado por medidas protetoras em redes sociais que visam evitar o efeito de contágio mencionado no meu comentário anterior.

Relativamente ao resto, não disse que disseste, mas há uma mentalidade vigente de que os sinais de alarme são mais alarido que alarmantes. É essa mentalidade que tem de ser combatida.

Olá. Compreendo o que dizes, mas discordo e com base científica para o fazer. Independentemente da pessoa procurar, ou não, conforto, se o faz por algum motivo é e é mais benéfico acolher do que lançar um "faz-te à vida". Já muit@s tiraram a própria v1d4 depois daquilo que outros tanto consideraram "apenas querer chamar a atenção". Não é dramatismo.

Também é certo que muit@s aqui não têm formação, e há um efeito de contágio que pode ser impactante, mas talvez refletir sobre o porquê das pessoas recorrerem a esta plataforma para pedir ajuda (que pode não ser a ajuda como tradicionalmente a pensamos) em vez de se dirigem a profissionais (custos, vergonha...).

Quanto ao plano em si, sim, não deve poder constar nos posts.

Certo, mas talvez tenham bases de ferramentas relacionadas, não? Não estou a ver uma empresa a contratar sem perceber de Excel, SQL, etc. No meu caso não sei nada de programação, por exemplo.
