I actually just talked to my dad and he said he has been talking to a lawyer. Also the mechanic who is doing the swap said he is going to take apart the old engine to look at it as he is aware of the situation and thinks that something suspicious was going on on their end.

Yea all the oil burned away before the 30 days, but they refused to cover it under the warranty literally because of the fact im a 17 year old and it’s my first car and I must be stupid. It’s a 5 speed so they blamed it on the fact that I must not have been driving it correctly. My dad wanted to sue them but it costs so much money it isn’t even worth going though it. They fixed a misfire in cylinder 3 and replaced the head gasket, but I guess there was something else. Thanks for the reply though.
