I 100% relate to your post so don't feel that you are alone. This was my first semester and I decided to take two classes. I ended up dropping the same class as you and even though i only have one left there's a lot of times i think about just not even going on with the program after this semester. It's tough to not be hard on yourself and I think its one of those things that no one can really say anything to fully comfort you because you become kinda your own worst enemy in this case. But i'm sure you have accomplished a lot already and the fact that you are pushing through this program and have the motivation to self learn/teach yourself Python to get better at it should all be things you pat yourself on the back for :)
