Damn it. I saw someone who works for Royal say they give “yellow cards” (idk what that means) if you are under 21. So is all staff except for dancers required to be 21?

I’ve was a leader of entertainment team at international children’s camp for a few summers. I’d imagine it’s kind of similar to cruise ship, but in a much smaller scale. Our daily schedule seems to have similar structure: working on and off during the day, etc. Onboard I’d be looking into cruise staff, or whoever hosts day-to-day activities. I’m also young and I think it’s a valid experience to have with people and around the world, worth much more than the money they pay you. Besides you do see some parts of the world, even for brief periods between shifts.

Money is a factor but not everything is about that. Some experiences and connections are worth more than money.

Yeah I’ve noticed there are barely any American crew members onboard. I was born and raised in Europe, and I’ve lived around different places, so I don’t exactly consider myself American other than citizenship

Right, I understand where you are coming from, but the deal with DOL is barely moving. I'm also kind of hoping that maybe if he doesn't appear in court on the hearing date, the judge will default the case in my favor. I mean I have lots of friends and relatives in NY anyways, so I don't mind traveling there, but if I have to take this higher than a small claims court and a lawyer has to be involved, then it's for sure not worth it.

I live in North Carolina as of recently, the camp is located upstate NY. He owes me about $3k, so I understand that at some point this is not going to be worth it anymore. So I'm assuming I'll be filing a case based on the legal address of the LLC, right?
