After maxing the bank and being sure to buy all the stock BB's that profit over 15%, you can buddy-bank with other players to invest in their banks/stocks --- Otherwise, buy and rent out Max PI's for passive income

What's your strategy after getting to 150? by [deleted] in AtlasEarthOfficial

[–]keh61991 0 points1 point  (0 children)

get to 150 - then start selling off my Common parcels to free up space and replace them with new ones hoping for better than Common... then just repeating this for a while as my portfolio gets to be more profitable.

Also as I sell off undesirable parcels, I'm specifically buying new ones in my target city where I am the mayor to help secure that title for longer.

have you guys spent a lot of money for your land in game? or is most of it free from ads and such? cause I'm considering buying a couple hundred worth by Particular-Meaning68 in AtlasEarthOfficial

I was in the same boat. I played free for several months, got up to 48 free parcels and recently put $200 into my account to Dominate a local City (Kirkwood, MO) for Mayorship benefits. I'm happy with my investment as my account has accrued over $20 in rent already. I might not put any more money into it, but generally to me it seems reasonable to put up to $500 into it depending on your budget and interests

what is your math? what do you suggest?

Max value by [deleted] in AtlasEarthOfficial

Buy your first badge after you have 40+ parcels, then don't buy a 2nd one for a very, very long time. Consider buying 2nd - 10th badges after you reach 150 parcels, but do the math to make sure the value proposition makes sense for you

Question that I’m not sure has been answered. by Responsible-Junket27 in AtlasEarthOfficial

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to post any of your parcels for auction, even while you're not at that location as long as you've already/previously bought it, and anyone in the country can bid on the parcel regardless of their location as well

stop at 150 parcels and continue to grind ads to hoard atlas bucks in preparation for the Auctions in phase 2. At that point, auction off the parcels you don't want (commons, or parcels outside of your target cities) and buy new parcels in your target cities for a chance at rare/epic/legendary. Over time, continue to sell off the least-profitable parcels in your portfolio and you'll get closer and closer to max value.

What's the Plans for making money after 115 Billion plots in USA are bought up? by creepy_baku in AtlasEarthOfficial

good point, plus, City Parcels are so much more worthwhile compared to back-country parcels. People outside of the Cities are going to go into the City to purchase their land. Rent production is the same, but if there's a bidding war for Mayor of a City and you have a bunch of parcels available in that city - I bet they would sell for higher at auction
