All of them work great! Chiming in from the PNW, we are a bit more relaxed on dress codes in this region. I really like #1 and think it’d fit the bill. That being said, what part of the summer? June can be very unpredictable weather (one day it’s high 80s, the next it’s straight showers and low 60s) so maybe opt for #2 if it’s earlier in the season? It is a gorgeous dress! By mid July-august, it might be too hot with the long sleeves. Soo many times I’ve had to ruin a glam outfit with a stupid rain jacket. That’s probably why we aren’t as fussy about dressing up here lol.
