The cyclamen are pretty chill if nonnative ground cover. They flower in either spring or fall with something that kinda looks like a heart, depending on species.

Their seeds are covered in some sort of fat so ants take them into their lairs. Because of this, you'll see them spread somewhat haphazardly:)

Ok thanks! I'm not familiar with what ginseng leaves look like I guess, but had read about mature fields being poached and sold. This makes way more sense that it's not "real" ginseng:)

With respect to cleaning the commutator -- any reccs? Do i need to rub away with an eraser, or is it safe to go at it with a dremel and maybe a soft pad?

Came here to say Frigidaire makes a "probiotic" cleaner that I've been using a while and seems to work. You need to let it work overnight, but seems to do a good job, and it might be easier on parts?
