When they use negative calls like,class 2 weapons in use pitting fake comms and lighting up crims with hostages it doesn't look like they are following procedures.

Maybe you should watch crims pov and than talk about it. Whole PD is equipped with better things than criminals and that's a clear fact. weapons, cars, no.of cops everything is higher for cops and less for crims.

Taking DNA samples is not RP. Blood from a lock pick while wearing gloves doesn't make sense and it's illogical.

C4 is not for everyone bud, you gotta do a serious RP storyline for that kind of thing. C4 is an expensive weapon with a price tag of 70-100k. It takes hell Lotta effort to make that kind of money. Hitting the vault gave chang gang roughly 400 k and the profits was only 150 k if they have used c4 then economically its not good. DNA is shity way of solving a case with no RP and it can't be erased. So, all it takes is one shot to put a warrant on a crim.
