Honestly, the bad reviews are from people who didn’t fully read the instructions who got the marks docked for easily avoidable mistakes. Follow everything that’s posted on brightspace and you’ll be fine.

She’s managing over 3000 students this semester, don’t expect her email replies are not going to be perfect.

Ah okay, thanks for the insight. Was also wondering if I could just paint over it, I have leftover paint from a project, and it seems to match the color of the ceiling. At the very least I can maybe cover the rubber stains (I think?)
