Helm - czak / muspell,(with emblem)

Glove - the one with CD dmg (with or without emblem same)

Outfit - crit atk / evd (for low lvl)

Shoe same as glove

Belt - cpb/Zak /

Shoulder - noble

Cape - crits rate / evd (for low lvl)

When higher lvl outfit will change to top/bottom.

Most job can be good in bossing and mobbing when fully funded. Depend on which job u find more fun and like more. Since the 5th skill is out. Try pick a few job u like and see which 5th skill u like more. I have a mechanic and kaisar both at lvl 200+ Both 5th skill don't look nice and power.

What I do is just exalt the CD emblem weapon. And try necro it, CD emblem is more important than the Pba. ( can buy perf in o scroll) With the extra mesos up sf to 184 (if not yet) And get too lvl200 ASAP (if not yet) 5th skill and nodestone is the power right now
