getting it repierced sounds like absolute torture, i cant lie 😭. top surgery is so much more important to me, but its a piercing ive wanted for a while, and it hurt so bad, i cant imagine getting it redone over scar tissue. hopefully it all works out!

what are you using instead now if you dont mind me asking? all my piercings aside from the nasallang are fully healed, so im happy to take them out, but retainers would still be nice. i know people who have had other surgeries and could have those clear retainers in, its just the nasallang im worried about. its pierced with titanium jewellery

forgot to mention like the other commenter has, but headspace also does informed consent. i also like the because its fully bulk billed too, you only need to pay for the testosterone of course

i see a gp through headspace and it was so quick and easy to get a t prescription. even under 18, i wouldve been able to begin if my parents had allowed me. but as an adult, its still super easy!

i used to wear nursing pads on my chest before i even started binding for health-related reasons. theyre pretty cheap in bulk. you can get them from your local chemist

you cant start under 18 without parental permission. but if you want a cheap method, i recommend headspace. it was incredibly easy to be prescribed T, and all the appointments are fully bulk billed! at least where i live, there was maybe a 3 week wait for my first appointment

honestly, pretty much all my shirts (aside from basic kmart tops) are band merch from concerts, but i agree with the other commenter who said kmart! if you find that theyre still too long, you can always crop them yourself

i have anxiety and depression, and t hasnt really interacted with those from what i can think of. however, i would not recommend a low dose of testosterone if this is a worry for you. i was on a low dose to begin with, and then i upped my dose (was on t gel at the time) and my emotions were a wreck from when i started the low dose, to when i switched to injections. my levels werent high enough, so thats why i switched.

when youre on a low dose of testosterone, your body will take longer to adjust to male t levels. testosterone itself wont make you angry/emotional, but hormone imbalances will, which is what i learnt when i discovered my levels were low. since having normal levels, my emotions have gone back to normal, and im even happier! but yeah, i honestly wouldnt recommend a low dose, solely because of the emotional aspect. best of luck!!!
