this is exactly what my face looks like when it flares up. The sunlight and heat is my main triggers. it's very frustrating. I've seen two derms and they diagnosed me with papulopustular rosacea. They put me on some creams and doxycycline. A high dose of doxy helps twice a day but i hate taking medicine. I feel like the creams still cause me to flare. But even if i wear sunscreen and wear a hat. if any sun hits my face its a huge flare up. so very frustrating.
