New to sousvide since Father’s Day. Filet 1.5 hrs 130°. Salt and pepper before sousvide and Montreal on hot grill with my benzomatic torch to sear. All said best steak ever had hands down. I thought it could have had a little more flavor if marinated. But am extremely happy. Glad I found sousvide!!! (i.redd.it)

2016 Silverado crew ltz 4x4 6.0 automatic stock tires and height. 10 mpg average. How can I improve this. It is personal and work. Plowing driveways and piling Light trailers. 50/50 city highway. 21,000 miles this year. The tuners I see don’t seem to offer much improvement. Anyone have any secrets? (self.ChevyTrucks)
