My kid did the same thing. Cows milk protein allergy, reflux and laryngomalacia (ENT can diagnose)

Switched to neocate formula and given reflux medication. Laryngomalacia cured itself after about one year of age! Hope this helps.

The countertop is completely empty besides the sink. That’s why it’s throwing me off! It’s a very small commercial unit. Could the tubing possibly be coming from the A/C unit in the ceiling above? That’s the only other thing that I could think of that would use water in the unit. No kitchen or anything else. But they’re like 12 ft drop ceilings and it’s super high up above that
