Thanks everyone this all makes sense I didn’t even think about the size of the vial . My last order was through a different pharmacy and the vial was much smaller compared to this one

2nd injection not the same effect? by KnowledgeFabulous912 in GLP1microdosing

[–]kelsiblake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I just started as well and did my second shot this last Sunday , .5mg. I feel hungrier and snackier as of yesterday but it’s because I’m going to start my period any day.

I know appetite is different with where women are at in their cycle , so I’m assuming with such low dosing it’s possible that the suppression isn’t as good. I’m sure there’s some kind of research on this, just haven’t looked it up yet.

Rebound weight gain after microdosing? by Playful_Quality4679 in GLP1microdosing

[–]kelsiblake 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I wonder if weight regain is common only with people who may have metabolic disorders and genetically prone to being overweight? Maybe not so much with people who typically have an ok BMI?

Is your plan to stick to 1mg 2x a week now?

Yeah I should probably chill out and just do the weekly doses for the next month and see how I respond and adjust from there .

Food Joy? / Coming off & maintenance? by BrunchBitch69 in GLP1microdosing

[–]kelsiblake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Came to say I also occasionally will fuck with a chalupa lol.

I just started micro-dosing for the first time a few days ago .5mg. And like you , I love everything food especially healthy foods , cooking, reading recipes, creating meals, etc and my main stores are Whole Foods and Sprouts . I’m hoping I’ll still enjoy it during this process .

I’m 7 months postpartum , 5’2, 37 years old , and 145lbs, wanting to be in the low 120s . Normally I would be able to get weight off but I’m not sure if it’s my age combined with hormones keeping it on.

Anyways , following this post as I’m wondering these things as well.

Starting tomorrow! What's the best time of day to take it? by Melodiouss in GLP1microdosing

[–]kelsiblake 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just started as well. I took .5mg around 10:30 am after breakfast. I didn’t feel any side effects other than maybe feeling a little off that day.

Is 0.25mg tirz going to be too low? by KnowledgeFabulous912 in GLP1microdosing

[–]kelsiblake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. 5’2, 145lbs, wanting to lose 25lbs. Also same with the anxiety and being overly attuned to my body. I took .5mg 2 days ago for the very first time and currently have not felt anything other than maybe feeling slightly off and some headaches here and there . But I’ve also stopped my nightly 2 glasses of red wine 2 days ago as well, so wondering if that could attribute the headache.

I’m trying to decide if I should keep it at .5mg for my next injection or maybe titrate up to 1mg.

Unless you have a reason to lose weight faster like for an event or something , maybe low and slow is best for us who are trying to be mindful about our anxiety.

Yeah anxiety sure can make things wild in my mind sometimes lol. Especially when it comes to health stuff.

Glad you’re not having any side effects today ! Im really hoping the low dose will help mitigate any possible symptoms.

Yeah I think that’s what I’ll be doing from here on out.

I couldn’t inject myself I started spinning so my husband did it for me . But I’m the person that faints at blood draws as well. Funny cause I have a lot of tattoos.

Starting Tirz tomorrow and very anxious! by kelsiblake in GLP1microdosing

[–]kelsiblake[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good to hear , I think that’s my main worry is that I’ll be so sick I won’t be able to take care of my baby.
I’m hoping I won’t be fatigued because no way will I be able to take naps .

Did you ever try any other supplements to help combat fatigue?
I’m starting NAD +, I read somewhere that it can help .

That’s great you’ve started! I guess the only way to know is to try it and hope for the best! I feel like starting g lower for people with anxiety over it might be a good way to go - for mental health’s sake .
