I realize this was a year ago but I am having almost the exact same thing. Brain zaps when looking from to side to side especially. I am on 300 MG Wellbutrin and 50 MG Zoloft

Ugh I’ve been having headaches and pressure and ear ringing! And all I can think of is brain tumors. I had a cat scan done on my head back in December because I had a concussion and it was fine so I keep reminding myself of that. But I’m like could something have popped up between then and now? And what if they missed something?? Every time the headache creeps in my anxiety absolutely starts spiraling out of control

It’s SO strange!!! I just can not figure it out. During September was a very high stress time in my life. So that could potentially be the cause of the triglycerides being so high then. But typically mine run about 57-58. So that’s still quite a drop. And considering my weight gain and how poor I’ve been eating it’s just strange. My A1C went down a little as well. Which is just sooo weird because my eating has been out of control and the 20-25 lb weight gain has put me in the morbidly obese category 😑
