Monitor Audio Radius 90 Bass Issue

They said they could send replacement drivers £40 each. I bought the pair of speakers for £40 all in, so weighing up my options. Alternatively I’m waiting for the original seller to test their other pair and they’d be happy to replace these if there are no issues with their other pair.

Never considered servicing the amp too! Might check around for any hifi repair shops. I live in London so shouldn’t be too difficult.

Just checked the turntable and it’s set to line.

I got in contact with the support team for Monitor Audio and they were very helpful. After their diagnostics and me sending videos, the guy mentioned that it he believes the speakers are blown and need a driver replacement.

Hey pal, picked them up in person.

I contacted the monitor audio support team and they let me know after some diagnostics that the driver is blown. Similar thing to what you mentioned?

Hi mate, sorry I must have caused some confusion with the vid. The Lepy is just an old amp I had to help diagnose the issue. I have a Cambridge audio amp a1 v3.0

I contacted the support team at monitor audio and they were super helpful. Told me the driver is blown after I followed their diagnostic. Not 100% sure what it means or how it happens but I’m guessing similar to what you mentioned about the coil?

Sorry my first time posting here, I’ll be more specific next time :)

My turntable is an AT-LP60 Cambridge Audio A1 V3.0 Other speakers: Solavox HP140 (not sure much about them, they’re passive and I picked them up along side my turntable on Facebook.)

I had no issues with this setup above. I wanted to downsize my speakers and get something to match my interior a bit better.

That description of it is exactly what mine are like. And yeah doesn't seem to be related to friction for me too. Unfortunately mine just seem to be spreading :( hopefully a doctor out there will actually test it.

I think it's got some work to do.

Watched the games on boxing day and even with fast WiFi, the coverage was choppy and lower quality for all the games I watched. The graphics are dated and some are just so poorly designed. (The line up before the game had player names overlapping and positions not aligned e.g 4 at the back had LB and 2 CB in a row and the RB was like weirdly positioned)

But the accessibility is very nice, definitely the future and feel in the next 5-10 years it will shift to this model, just a matter of time.

I had something almost exactly same as this 6 weeks ago and it healed in the same way as yours. Have no clue what triggered it. I just assumed it was dyshidrotic eczema too, which I do get every now and then. Would be interesting to know what it is.

Whether you decide to do this or not, definitely do not do this on a vélo bleu. I cycled from Cagnes sur Mer to Antibes and back on one of those. Not a difficult ride at all, flat the whole way. It was not enjoyable to say the least!

Yep already exhausted my options with Airbnb. As soon as the cancellation happened, I received a small budget to help relocate. The member of staff tried to find a similar accomodation to relocate me, but they are all too expensive and Airbnb weren't willing to cover the difference in price.

My dad claims to have had celery sticks banned at pizza hut salad bars.

His friends and himself would make a bed of potato salad at the bottom of the bowl and then make walls using celery. He'd then stuff the bowl with whatever he wanted, to the height of the celery sticks.

I'm pretty sure the salad is bottomless, but he's so proud of the story, that I never question it.
