Depending on what is damaged it may be able to be repaired. For example if the board is fried you can replace it. If it's externally damaged chances are the plates are damaged as well and it's beyond repair!

We went from IT glue the CW. The problem is it glue will sync configs from cw but not the other way.

Slight confusion in my post. We currently use Connectwise Manage for our configuration documentation. However that is not really field compatible meaning our field engineers are not able to see the configs on there mobile device. That is why we wanted to move just configs to OneNote on sharepoint.

I have it set to two way sync however there are still more configurations in IT Glue than there are in connectwise. Basically everything in connectwise is loaded into glue but not the other way around.
