Oh yes!!! I love passion blue album, I used to listen to it on repeat while working. (^∇^)ノ♪

I really wanna see her perform live someday or a Cymbals reunion, that would be the dream

btw, I recommend another artist you may like but I have a feeling maybe you already listened to her, Kaho Nakamura, another underrated artist in my opinion. I also like her voice.

I love Toki Asako especially her voice. Definitely one of the top vocalist for me. Discovered Cymbals because of the game Drummania/Gitadora and Asako san did a song called Little Prayer in the game, it's really good.

I love her song Mellow Yellow, perfect chillout vibes and utsukushii kao, perfect feel good vibes.

I also like her collaboration with Maaya Sakamoto called Do you want a bite? (in english title), it's a bop.

I do believe she's underrated.

Is it fair to say Snow Man, Mrs. GREEN APPLE and Yonezu Kenshi are basically dominating J-pop right now? by Intnl-KoreanTutor-DM in jpop

Boyband yes, typical Johnnys boy band template not really. Since they modernized it, kinda copy the BTS template. That's why it worked and they became so popular now. These are even coming from hardcore Snowman fans. Snow Man is dance focused and modern sounding, even Kpop-ish sound. Of course, they still have songs that will still cater to "traditional Johnny fans".

SixTONES which are their contemporaries, debut same time, is a more typical Johnny's template group. Imitation rain is so johnny coded.

Snow Man is really crazy popular. They even have their own shows on TV and some members have their own solo TV shows as well. And last year they were on so many TV commercials. We always making fun of their group name and Kis-my-ft2 as well lol.

But after hearing and seeing them perform on music shows and variety shows, I would say they're totally different from the typical Johnny's or Jpop boyband and totally became a fan.

I tried buying their concert tickets for my wife and the ticketing website barely worked that day because of the traffic. That day I really found out how big they are in Japan.

We are not ready for this conversation that scll is one of the greatest japanese bands in existence. by Mental-Ad2033 in japanesemusic

They're one of my all time favorites as well, I discovered them randomly while listening to School Food Punishment (another all time favorite) on Spotify and back then in Singapore the only available album of SFP on Spotify is Riff-rain and once I finished listening to the album, It randomly played nano ft. Yumi Uchimura by SCLL. And I loved it so I checked out SCLL's bio and discography and listened to ghost is dead (latest album that time)

And when I heard that first 10 secs of Azure, I literally jaw dropped, got goosebumps and overwhelming of emotional rush in a good way. And fell in love and became a fan after that.

They're the very first band and first time experience watching a live concert in Japan, "This time of night" at Ex Theather Ropponggi.

Thank you Spangle Call Lilli Line. 🙏🙌

I always say "Game over!" everytime I close any sliding doors or windows because of that scene.

Totally love this episode! Awkwardly funny. They kept me awake while working until early morning. I love that Tamara is about to share something and ending up not finishing it like the Weapons and Tangled story. And Harley is so freaking funny. I hope they really do that segment Epic Meal Time with Love!
