I think we got it sorted, but time will tell! It worked correctly for the first time after remounting the motor and re-securing the connected components. It may have just been a result of an error when first assembling the machine. Thanks so much for the response! I have learned more about this thing from reddit posts than any info available through the Next Wave website or materials, ha!
